Music Groups Chancel Choir DMCC's Chancel Choir consists of approximately 25 adults of all ages. The choir sings in four-part harmony and presents various styles of music during worship on Sunday mornings. Individuals from this choir also present solos, duets, and ensembles throughout the year. Chancel Choir rehearsals are on Wednesday evening at 7:00 pm September through May. Anyone wishing to join is welcome. The Chancel Choir is led by Pat Moore and accompanied by Interim Organist Patrick Ward. Angel Choir Preschoolers through elementary aged children participate in DMCC's Angel Choir. This choir practices weekly, every Wednesday at 5:00 p.m. before Kids' Club (September through May). Approximately once a month, during worship, the Angel Choir presents a rehearsed piece for the congregation. All Children of this age group are welcome to participate. The Angel choir is directed by Janet Montgomery. Chimes Choir The Chimes Choir consists of eight to ten members of all ages. Chimes practice is every Wednesday at 6:00 p.m. and is led by Kim Craggs and Taylor Craggs. |
